The software referred to hereinafter is the AxleBase system and any and all of its supporting software and documents.
This software may be legally distributed and used only under these licensing terms. Possession and use of this software without adherence to these licensing terms constitutes probable willful criminal and civil violations of the law.
License to use this computer software is granted upon the acceptance of all of the terms contained in this license agreement. The installation, use, or distribution of this software by any person will be considered an agreement to the terms of this license. You will freely and immediately identify AxleBase as being used in your product when queried about it in any way and you will convey the copyright and license terms with that information.
