* *       AxHandle       * *

AxHandle demonstrates AxleBase and shows the developer how to use it.

AxHandle because AxHandle installs with an embedded Axlebase. Just install AxHandle. (If you're curious, you will find AxleBase desguised as AxBsHan.dll in the AxHandle directory.)

AxHandle creates a demonstration database from a push-button, and allows you to work on it. It shows the commands used to create the database so you can create others. It also allows you to connect to other AxleBase databases.

All commands are presented in a point-and-click list. Of course, you should be familiar with the AxleBase documentation, but operating AxHandle is very simple.

AxHandle gives the impression that it is part of AxleBase, but it is not. AxleBase has no front end. It is embedded in AxHandle just like it can be embedded in any host app.

See the "Free Test And Demo Software" chapter in the documentation for more information.

* *       AxServer       * *

AxServer is a database server which uses AxleBase as its database manager. AxHandle can connect to it over a network to drive it.

AxServer is another free software system.
